Blurring Photos in Chrome OS

There may be times for privacy or confidentiality you want to blur a photo or image. It is not always clear in Chrome OS what is the best way to accomplish this.

In this post I highlight three options to accomplish this task; Awesome Screenshot App, Pixlr Touchup, and Pixlr Image Editor.

What I liked about Awesome Screenshot is you could control what part of the image you wanted to blur. What I liked about the Pixlr apps was you could control the blurring with a numerical value. My favorite would probally be Awesome Screenshot because blurring was acceptable, and you could select a specific photo area.
