Reflect is a snappy webcam app for Chrome or Chrome OS. The best thing is it is windowless and stays on top on any Window.You can select orientation (standard or wide screen), webcam size, and mirror horizontal and vertical. If you want to move it just grap in the middle and place it anywhere you choose. +Bryce Thorup did a nice job on this simple webcam app.
